The scope of his expertise ranges from contract administration, preparing, developing and defending contractual claims and complex court proceedings, and actions under security of payment legislation Australia wide. He also assists with contract formation and negotiations.

Ethan has advised on a range of projects including commercial and industrial, civil and infrastructure, and mining. Advising the client on contractual claims and assisting with dispute resolution processes under the contract. Throughout the process, we worked extensively with quantity surveyors and e-discovery consultants.

Spring Hill Centre

Advising clients on contract administration, contractual disputes and an adjudication application, recourse to security under the contract and legislation, and preparation/negotiation of deeds to achieve practical completion.
