Alice has worked solely in construction law in her legal career and enjoys assisting clients in this sometimes challenging but rewarding industry.

Alice strives to always provide high quality technical advice which is also practical.

Her commercial approach to legal problem solving has been honed though her experience acting as in-house legal counsel for an Australian construction company which provides essential upstream services in the oil and gas, mining, renewable energy and water sectors.

She has a keen interest in front-end legal work, having developed her expertise through drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide variety of contracts – including for major infrastructure projects.

She also has experience in back-end legal work, including with security of payment legislation.
