Mackenzie is an Associate in the Employment & Safety team at Batch Mewing Lawyers. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology.

Prior to commencing at Batch Mewing, Mackenzie was employed at a national building industry association, where she developed a keen interest in employment law and industrial relations, particularly within the construction sector.

Mackenzie has experience drafting and reviewing a range of legal documents, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and labour hire agreements. She has a particular interest in discrimination and privacy law matters, as well as modern award diagnosis and interpretation.
