Dakota is an Associate with experience across a broad range of construction disputes. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology.
At Batch Mewing Lawyers, Dakota has supported clients through all stages of the project lifecycle — from front-end contract negotiations to back-end dispute management, adjudication, and litigation. He has also provided in-house and secondment support to clients, gaining valuable insight into their commercial drivers and operational challenges.
