This matter involved an adjudication application valued at over $30 million. Works included drafting the statutory declaration and setting out the numerous claims for the factual narrative of the dispute, as well as liaising with experts for the expert report.
Debt Recovery
Assessed the best avenues for debt recovery including serving a statutory demand and commencing a winding up application against the debtor. Also attended to the contested winding up hearing and successfully obtained an order for the debtor to be wound up.
Contract Administration
Assisted with contract administration and management of the Project. Works included drafting notices of dispute, assisting in reviewing payment claims and general claim letters, drafting deeds of settlement and advising on contract interpretation queries.
