Regan is a lawyer in our Commercial & Corporate team. Before joining Batch Mewing Lawyers, Regan worked at a well-established law firm in Christchurch, New Zealand, where he advised on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.
His experience includes advising on business sales and purchases, commercial leasing, loans and securities, intellectual property, and general commercial contracts. Regan combines a client-focused approach with clear, commercial advice to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Before beginning his legal career, Regan participated in a global leadership program with a large multinational company, holding roles throughout New Zealand and Scandinavia.
Regan holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Political Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
